Where do I go to pay my bill?

Bills can be paid at the following locations:

• Digicel Flagship Store, Port Vila
 Digicel Flagship Store, Luganville
• Digicel Head Office

Payment is accepted in cash, cheque, or credit/debit card.

If I am a Digicel Flex Customer, do I get a bill at the end of the month?

No. Digicel Flex customers do not receive bills as they pay before they use the service.
