 Digicel Flex is our pay as you go service with which you add credit to your account via Flex Cards (top up cards) or Direct FLEX. Every time you make a call or send a text message, credit is deducted from your account. When you're running low on call credit, simply “Top Up”.

Digicel Flex Value Added Services

 Voicemail

To access Voicemail, simply dial 555 and follow the prompts. The first time you access your Voicemail, you will be asked to personalise it with your name and password. Your password should be between 4 and 15 digits long.

Text Messaging

Text Messaging or SMS, as it is popularly known, allows customers to send and receive messages while in Vanuatu.

Call Waiting

Call Waiting is like having two lines - when you are on a call, you will be notified of another incoming call. To switch between calls, simply press the SEND or CALL button on your phone (the name of this button changes depending on the model of phone – generally whichever button you use to accept a call will work. Please refer to your phone’s manual.)
