Digicel lets you top up your account where you want to top up – in a local store or from anywhere you like using your phone’s basic functions or the internet.

You can add credit to your account with:

  • Kredit Mi Kredit Yu
  • Isi Mani
  • Flex Card
  • Online Top Up

Dealer Voucher

If you like choosing the exact amount you top up and receiving printed receipts, you’ll like using dealer vouchers. You can buy it from any Digicel dealer.

Here is how it works: You pay the dealer the amount you want between VT50 and VT5000 (e.g. VT2222). The dealer then sends the top up credit to your phone from their terminal. The dealer will give you a receipt as proof of purchase. You check your balance before you leave the dealer’s store so you know you received your top up credit.

Phone to phone

If you want to choose the exact amount you top up and you like quick, paperless transactions, you’re probably using Phone to Phone to top up. You can buy it from any Digicel reseller who has been selected to sell credit from their phone. 

Here is how it works: You pay the Phone to Phone reseller any amount you want between VT50 and VT5000 (e.g. VT 3333). The reseller then sends the top up credit to your phone from their phone. You check your balance before you leave the reseller’s store so you know you received your top up credit.

Kredit Mi Kredit Yu

If you want your friends and family to give you some of their phone credit, try this! You can receive credit sent from any Digicel Prepaid phone.

Here is how it works: Ask someone you know to enter *128*your-number*top-up-amount# and press SEND. So, if your number was 555 5555 and you wanted them to send you VT100, they would enter *128*5555555*100#. They would then receive a confirmation message and press 1 to confirm that they want to send you some of their credit.

Isi Mani

If you want to top up using your Isi Mani or NBV account savings, use Isi Mani! You can send and receive credit from anyone who has registered for Isi Mani.

Here’s how it works: You use the virtual Vatu you have in your Isi Mani or NBV accounts to top up your phone, or someone else’s phone with credit, from your own phone. Enter *888# and you will receive a text message, press answer/reply. Press 1 to top up to your own phone, or 2 to top up someone else’s phone, and then press send. You will receive another text. Press answer/reply and then enter the amount you want to top up. Another text will come. Enter answer/reply and enter your Isi Mani pin number. The last text will come. Press answer/reply and then 1 to confirm that you want to top up using Isi Mani.

Flex Cards

If you like credit you can physically hold in your hands, Flex Cards is your way of topping up. They are sold at Digicel stores, supermarkets and gas stations – only in rural areas such as rural Tanna.

Here’s how it works: You go to a retailer and purchase a Flex Card. You then press *121*VouchernNumber#. After you press SEND, check the screen on your phone for confirmation that you have received the top up.

Online

If you want to receive top up from people overseas, use online top up. Anyone with access to the internet and a credit card can use online top up.

How it works: The person who is going to top you up visits the online top up page. They enter your phone number, the amount they want to top up, and their credit card details. You then receive a text message from Digicel informing you how much credit you have received.

Checking your Balance

To check your Digicel Prepaid balance:

1.     Press *120#   

2.     Press SEND and check the screen on your phone for your balance.


To check amount remaining in a bundle you bought:

Press *130#

Press SEND and check the screen on your phone for your balance.

 

Checking your Account Expiry Date

Press *124#

Press SEND and check the screen on your phone for your balance expiry.
