If you have a phone that is compatible for WAP, please call our 24 hour Customer Care on 123 (FREE CALL) to have your phone configured for downloads. Give them the make and model of your phone, plus your mobile number and they will send the settings to your phone. All you need to do then is click on Save Settings and you're all set to go!
To test this service, you can always download your FREE DIGICEL RINGTONE by typing in the code T2 and sending it to 200.
Depending on the type of ringtone you download, charges apply.

Digicel has a wide range of ringtones which can be downloaded directly to your phone. It has never been easier. Just browse through the selection of ringtones from R&B to Reggae to give your phone the sound you want.
To be able to enjoy this service, all you need to ensure is that your mobile phone has been configured for Ringtones. You can call our 24 hour Customer Care Department (FREE CALL) on 123 and ask them to send you the configuration settings or visit any of our retail shops around Vanuatu.

Ø For a list of the latest polytones, text POLY to 502 (it’s free). For a list of our newest monotones, text MONO to 502 (it’s free too).
Ø Create a text message
Ø Type in the Ringtone code of your choice
Ø Send the message to the short code provided
Ø You will get a Message on your mobile phone, open it and click on “Go To” or “Retrieve” to start downloading your Ringtone
Ø Save it in your mobile phone
Check your manufacturer’s guide/handset manual to see if your handset is compatible with downloadable real tones.
